Aize Return Policy

We encourage our valued customers kindly inspect the carton/parcel for any possible damage that may have occurred during the shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear around the edges upon transport, however if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please immediately contact us at the number: +971 4 3368177/+971 56 336 2004 or email us at support@aizemall.com

1.       The return period is 15 days from the date you receive it. Refunding or exchanging may be subject to shipping and gift-wrapping charges. Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed and packages that are refused. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error. If the damage to the item delivered is due to mishandling of the custumer, return and refunding will not be accepted

2.       Aize products may be returned and/or exchanged either directly in our head office or by a courier service subject to below conditons.

3.       If the promotion conditions are still met despite the cancellation or refund, the campaign will not be canceled.If the products remaining in the order after cancellation or return do not meet the terms of the campaign, the campaign will be canceled. Refunds are made by deducting the discount of the campaign.

4.       If the orders created with the cargo free campaign are canceled / refunded and the remaining amount does not meet the campaign requirement, the shipping fee is deducted from the product price to be returned.

5.       For items sold by third party sellers through aizemall.com please refer to the seller's product description, terms and conditions given under  the product detail page.For further instructions on how to proceed for returning the item kindly contact to our customer sevice.

6.       Please ensure that returned item(s) are supplemented with your order confirmation, a copy of your delivery note along with all accessories and free of charge gifts.

7.       If you have received an item(s) that is defective (e.g. delivered with ripped or missing parts, or other damage) it may be returned for a replacement or full refund upon approval.

8.       In order to refunding/exchanging  the items purchased should be in its original and including unopened seal, along with the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note, accessories and free gifts.

10.   Returns of disposable items, downloadable products and products that deteriorate rapidly or are likely to expire are not accepted.

11.   Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVD, CD and cassettes and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, tape, etc.), if they are unpacked, untested, intact, It can be returned if they have not been used. The productsin a used, worn or washed condition shall not be accepted neither for return nor refunding.

12.   Electronics & appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, ovens, cooktops, aspirators, irons, fans, heaters, coolers, television, etc. products that require installation; If it is opened without the authorized service information, it will be excluded from the return.

13.   If any damage / defect / defect is detected in the product after the product has been opened by authorized service employees, you must have the authorized service employees fill in a detailed due diligence report / service form / service report in which the problem is noted. If you want to return the product after receiving this document, you can return the product by getting the return code at our costumer care service and delivering the product to the courier.

14.   The returned product process is as follows:
- All products are subject to inspection by Aize Costumer service. Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be returned to customer or destroyed upon request.
- After the product is delivered to us, it is checked for compliance with the return conditions.
 -  If the product meets the return conditions, the return process is completed within 2-10 days.
- If the product does not meet the return conditions, it is sent back to your address.
-  When your return is complete, an informative message will be sent to your membership e-mail.
-  If you have received this message, it means your bank has been refunded by trendyol.
-  You can check your return from your bank with your reference number given in your Aize account under the "My Orders" tab in the "My Account" section.
- Returns will be processed and refunds will be issued within 1-2 weeks of our receipt. Rufunding time may vary as per your bank procedures.
